Senior Ryan Demroff may be completing his last year as a CHS Coyote, but his work in modeling and the entertainment industry is just beginning. Demroff, who has been interested in the business since a young age, has finally been given the opportunity to fulfill his dream and pursue a career in mod-
eling.

“I’m not a typical model,” said Demroff “I’m an outgoing guy who likes to have fun taking pictures.”

Many have compared Demroff’s looks to Colton Haynes, an actor and model who is best known for his role as Jackson Whittermore in the television series Teen Wolf. Similar to Demroff, Haynes began his career in high school. Haynes later transitioned into an acting career, as Demroff hopes to do as well.

Currently, Demroff is working hard to build a portfolio during his many photo shoots with different photographers. His current agency, Hollywood Model Management, has kept Demroff extremely busy with auditions for various modeling jobs. Demroff has had to sacrifice his time at school to drive long distances for jobs that can run throughout the day. Although casting calls and photo shoots take up a bulk of his time, he willingly dedicates himself to his commitments and works toward his dream of working in the entertainment industry regardless of the time commitment.

Demroff credits his mom as his biggest supporter because she constantly encourages him to follow his dream of pursing a modeling career.

“She always tells me that I have such a pretty face and that I belong in front of the camera,” said Demroff.

Through his many castings, Demroff has learned that a lot of models are passionate and standing out is difficult. Although there is competition, Demroff respects their similar interest and encour-
ages people who are interested to give it a try.

Demroff views modeling as a way to open doors to many opportunities. He hopes modeling will act as a stepping-stone to an acting career. Demroff hopes that his journey will continue along a path similar to Colton Haynes’ as he chases his dream of a successful career in the entertainment industry.
