A guy’s official guide to this year’s top Vice outfits

A guys official guide to this years top Vice outfits

The classic disco era was represented by garish outfits of spandex and polyester. Taking in the trends of the 70’s and displaying them in a modern yet appealing fashion can be a difficult yet exciting challenge. No worries. I’ve got you covered! With a little bit of research and a few bright ideas we can make Le Disco Vice quite the gogo event. Are we ready to Panic at Le Disco?

Guys should look for bright hues, floral patterns, stripes or even animal print, to exentuate a clean cut look with a bit of flare. Retro polyester floral and shimmering shirts are an easy way to embrace the modern disco trends of today. But, that isn’t to say that men should stray from a classy appeal. Sweater vest and tie combinations are popular, along with wing collar tuxedo shirts and cummerbunds. Another approach is to dress formally with slacks and a dress shirt, but add in a tinselly tie or a brilliant bowtie to latch onto the Nu-disco style. It may seem difficult to dress for our Le Disco themed Vice, but just remember that it’s not quite as formal as homecoming so fashion can take more of a free-lance approach. For those of you who are interested in finding the best disco attire check out vintagetrends.com or Iguana Vintage at 14422 Ventura Boulevard, Sherman Oaks, CA.

When it came to classic disco fashion trends, people wanted to express their free-going attitudes through their clothing. We can do just the same with our Vice attire; we just have to stay true to ourselves and add in a bit of authentic disco dazzle. Have a psychedelic time!
