Located on Civic Center Way in the Malibu Country Mart, the studio aims to cleanse the mind, body and soul. With classes ranging from one hour to an hour and 30 minutes, unique selections include levels of Vinyasa Flow, Aerial Yoga and Happy Flow Yoga. Because of the diverse variety of lessons available people are able to work at their own pace in order to achieve their personal goals. The studio also offers Yang/Yin Yoga, Kids Yoga, Power Hour, Triyoga, Plyometrics and Prime of Life Yoga. The studio and staff have also brought the community together with several local events.
“We offer an opportunity for happy and healthy living,” said 5 Point Yoga owner Ted McDonald. “Here at our studio, we plan to change the world, one person at a time, with our 5 Point Plan.”
The yoga instructors and staff are truly dedicated to this ancient art form. Each trainer has years of experience, bringing forth special techniques and personal attributes to specific courses as well as the overall program. Although it is a small studio, the classroom has expanded along the California coastline, including the tranquil location of Malibu’s Point Dume.

Aside from providing a remedy to channel one’s inner-thoughts and spirit, the studio also encourages healthy eating habits and eco-friendly ways of living.
