Imagine a fresh and organic café that doubles as a home-away-from-home. Fresh pastries and sandwiches, hot from the oven, line the walls while customers enjoy steaming lattes or hand-squeezed orange juice. Welcome to Clementine.
Clementine is a family-owned neighborhood bakery-café and a home-inspired eatery. Established in 2000 by culinary artist Annie Miller, Clementine makes all dishes from scratch and only uses ingredients from local farmers’ markets. Dishes include fresh pastries, savory sandwiches, nutritious soups, gourmet chicken pot-pies and baked macaroni and cheese.
The regular menu at Clementine rotates every two to three months so that customers can try new ingredients and dishes. This ensures that ingredients are only used at the peak of their season. For example, autumn-inspired dishes are offered during the months of Sept. and Oct. This April will be Grilled Cheese Month.
If one cannot find the time to stop by and enjoy a meal, Clementine also offers delectable frozen dishes that are available for takeout.
