On Oct. 4, the Associated Student Body hosted the annual Cabaret showcase. Everyone from the cast of singers, dancers and instrumentalists to the stage crew and hosts made this show possible.

ASB Campus Entertainment Commissioners senior Taylor Snook and junior Theo Buckwald selected the acts, organized the show and ran the event.

“Cabaret went even better than we had planned,” said Snook. “We had an attendance of 400 people, the transitions went so smoothly and the acts were amazing. We’re very happy with the outcome.”

Senior Daniel Dabach and junior Mollie Rubin hosted the event and kept the audience entertained in between performances by showing various ways to ask someone to Homecoming and performing improvisation skits. There were several different performances, many of which featured original songs by senior Mack Keane and junior Alexa Mulne. Senior Siena Goldman performed a cover of “House of The Rising Sun,” senior Estella Shi preformed an original contemporary dance and band Gavin & The Boys performed a rock song.
