Boys soccer poised for league championship game against Agoura
On Feb. 3, the boys soccer team will host the Agoura Chargers in a matchup that will decide the Marmonte League championship. This will also be senior night for the Coyotes.
The Coyotes are 7-1-1 with their only loss coming against Agoura earlier in the season. Agoura is 7-0-2. Both teams are hot as of late with the Coyotes winning three straight and Agoura winning four.
“Although I never would have thought it in my first two years, I’m excited to finish my high school career with a championship matchup against our rival,” said senior midfielder Kavon Naziri.
Head Coach Evan Reifsnyder wants the student body to come out and support and is offering incentives to do so. The program is offering free food and drinks for students and will hold a raffle where sweatshirts and hats can be won.
Your donation will support the student journalists of Calabasas High School. Your contribution will allow us to purchase equipment and cover our annual website hosting costs.
