Q: What is your past experience as an administrator?
A: I worked at La Quinta High School in La Quinta, not as an administrator. I received my administrator masters degree from Purdue. In La Quinta I coached boys and girls tennis and also coached girls basketball for a couple years.
Q: What specifically is your role at CHS?
A: I will be the Assistant principal in charge of athletics and facilities.
Q: What do you plan on bringing to CHS?
A: I have an enthusiastic and quick-witted management style. I have played a variety of sports and have a passion for all sports. I look forward to meeting all students and providing support and encouragement in all endeavors.
Q: What do you find interesting about the
CHS community?
A: I’m moving from the desert, a.k.a where Coachella is held, so the weather and recreation activities are interesting ,but students are students no matter where you go, and I’m excited to see all Coyotes in action.
Q: What would you like to share with CHS students?
A: I hope CHS students realize what an amazing opportunity they have going to CHS. The teachers are phenomenal and supportive, the clerical staff are extremely knowledgeable and my fellow administrators are the best around. Calabasas is the best high school I’ve ever been to and I hope all CHS students find their passion here and enjoy their high school experience. Lastly, if there’s ever a problem, they can come see me, because I believe that all students need to feel safe and comfortable in order to maximize their experience at chs.
Q: How do you plan on making a CHS an excellent environment for students
A: I do not tolerate bullying for any reason and am adamant about providing a safe environment I care about what all students are doing and their personal achievements. If any student is involved with a community activity please let me know so I can try and attend!
