CHS Dance presents spring show, “Spotlight”
The annual CHS spring dance show, “Spotlight,” is set to take place at 7 p.m. from April 27 through 29 and will feature a diverse lineup of genres, including jazz, hip hop, contemporary and musical theater.
Dance Team, as well as Dance One, Two and Three, will perform. Students have been working hard in practice and believe the bonds they have formed will be visible to the audience.
“We have become a family, which is super special, and I know everyone will be able to see the love and connections we have with one another through the dances,” said junior and first-year dancer Alyssa Freigher.
Sophomore and Dance One member Amber Lavin looks forward to the opportunity to showcase her newly acquired skills and growth as a dancer.
“Being on Dance One means a lot to me because I have learned and grown so much as a dancer, so I am very excited to share with everyone,” said Lavin.
The show will feature some student choreography and solos from graduating seniors.
