On Feb. 23, popular makeup brand Glossier launched for sale at Sephora stores.

Glossier, known for its clean aesthetic and natural products, went viral on social media in 2020 and has since been one of the most desired brands. Since Glossier’s origin in 2014, the company has exclusively carried its products in its own stores and on its website. In L.A., the nearest Glossier store is on Melrose Ave. Adding Glossier to the Sephora repertoire adds hundreds of locations for people to shop for their products.

“You’ll be able to peruse the brand’s makeup, skin-care, and fragrance offerings at 600 Sephora stores nationwide, online at Sephora.com, and on the Sephora App in the U.S. and Canada,” said Sephora and Glossier in a joint press release to Allure

Glossier’s huge success has made their products a must for many teens. A-list celebrity Olivia Rodrigo became the face of the brand beginning in 2022, collaborating with Glossier to create products she loves and trusts to sell to her fanbase. Rodrigo created her own must-haves, seen on the Glossier site. 

“We are incredibly excited to enter our first-ever retailer partnership with Sephora,” said Glossier CEO Kyle Leahy in a statement, according to Refinery29. “They are an iconic, international retailer with an extremely loyal community and we know our customers want to find us there.”
