Hi! I’m Phoebe Hartford and I’m the Spotlight editor! This is my second year on the Courier, and writing is one of my biggest passions, so this paper means a lot to me. Outside of writing for the Courier, I run cross country and track, and I’m really into music. I’m so excited for this year!
