Jared Harris was announced the winner of Best Student Music Video at the Hollywood Student Film Festival last weekend on the 5th and 6th of November. The Hollywood Student Film Festival is an international competition for high school students that takes place annually. Students around the world enter in hope of receiving the honor that comes with creating a winning film. Harris worked on producing, editing, filming and writing his music video, along with his friend, Basim Shaktah, whom he regularly works with.
Harris is a sophomore at CHS , currently taking Film IP under the instruction Ms. Selke. She encourages all of her students to enter in festivals like these and present their work to the public.
