Every year, people from all around the world look forward to seeing the iconic looks from the biggest event in the fashion world: The Met Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. With this year’s theme, “In America: A Lexicon of Fashion,” the celebrities were asked to incorporate a sense of American pride in some way, shape or form into their outfits. From colorful, one-of-a-kind gowns to elegant sheer dresses, the majority of the celebrities at this year’s Met Gala, once again, did not disappoint.

As beautiful as the dress was, especially with the matching rose gloves, Peltz could have implemented more details into her outfit to follow the theme of American fashion. Although she did not directly depict American fashion, Peltz’s dress was still classy and safe as a first-timer at the gala.
